NOPALITO

A note from Nopalito:

“Nopalito is all about bringing authentic Mexican flavours to the table and educating people about the rich gastronomy we have in Mexico, while offering a wide variety that caters to all kinds of customers.

We are two Mexican friends who started this project during Covid. Paulina, who is from Guadalajara, and myself (Rodrigo), a “Chilapatio” born in Mexico City but raised in Guadalajara. We loved the idea of launching Nopalito because, as immigrants, after a few years you start to miss your roots and what better way to reconnect than doing something you love? Especially when you get to see people’s reactions after trying your food, that is the best reward.”
