Our chef’s background includes working with a leading catering company supplying meals for airlines such as Thai Airways and other major Asian carriers, creating menus, recipes and presentations to secure contracts across the UK and Europe.

We serve favourites like Riceberry Rice Bowls, Thai Chicken Satay, Pork BBQ, Grilled Tofu Steak and Pad Thai, all freshly prepared with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
