Established in 2014, Vietvan is an independent caterer devoted to the vibrant cuisines of Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia.

Owners Nick and Tracy travel to Southeast Asia annually, working alongside local chefs and street food vendors to ensure every dish stays true to its cultural roots. Twelve years in, their passion for flavour and authenticity remains unwavering.

Vietvan offers fresh, high-quality dishes that celebrate the bold and diverse tastes of Southeast Asia – from traditional Banh Mi and noodle salads to aromatic bowl food, sizzling Vietnamese BBQs, and beautifully crafted canapés and light bites.
