    After years of working in kitchens on land and at sea, I’ve decided to launch Bird & Co to create a better platform for chefs, food trucks, and pop-up hospitality.

    I’ve worked everywhere from remote beaches to pop up events, and even made a very brief and slightly chaotic cameo on Below Deck.

    Now based in London, I’m building a brand that champions creativity, flexibility, and proper hospitality. I care about the industry and understand the real challenges we face in modern times.

    I’m Elise, a hospitality and bar professional from Cornwall with experience working for Michelin-starred chefs, TV chefs, on yachts and in high-pressure environments.

    Based in London, I specialise in creating memorable events, from private parties and weddings to corporate gatherings, delivering seamless guest experiences. With expert wine knowledge and a creative approach to cocktails, I bring a confident and relaxed style to every occasion, ensuring guests feel welcome, well looked after, and effortlessly impressed.
